Welcome to True Tranquility. By booking or receiving any of our ethical male therapists' treatments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for all clients. 

True Tranquility offers a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments, including:

• Massage Therapy (with optional hot stones and body cupping) 
• Body Scrubs 
• Full Body and Facial Waxing 
• Micro needling 
• Facials 
• General Beauty and Self-Care Services

Prior to any treatment, clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, injuries, or recent surgeries. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, infections, skin conditions, or circulatory issues.

This information allows us to provide treatments safely and appropriately tailored to your needs.

By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that:

• You have disclosed all necessary health information 
• You understand the nature of the treatment and any associated risks, including that our experienced Massage Therapists are only student therapists studying Remedial Massage and not yet qualified
• You consent to the use of specific tools or products (such as cupping, hot stones, micro needling devices, or waxing products) 
• You accept that results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions

While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, True Tranquility is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes that occur where risks were explained, consent was given, or full disclosure was not provided. 

We uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes:

• Sanitisation of all tools and equipment 
• A clean and professional treatment environment 
• Use of disposable, single-use items where required 

Clients are kindly asked to arrive clean and free from any contagious conditions for our ethical male therapists and professional massage guys.

•  Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling 
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time out of courtesy to other clients 
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be cancelled 
• Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service charge being recovered at the discretion of the therapist you have booked with 
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or result in the refusal of future bookings

Payment is required prior to or at the completion of your service, depending on the therapist’s preference.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Cash.
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 

We are committed to providing a respectful and safe environment. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session. In serious cases, we may report such behaviour to the appropriate authorities. 

True Tranquility is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We welcome and respect people of all races, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, identities, body types, and abilities. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour of any kind — toward staff or other clients — will not be tolerated.
